  • Kramberry Design's small business merch shop accepts various payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you during the checkout process.

  • The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, orders within the United States take 3-5 business days to arrive, while international orders may take up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Kramberry Design’s small business merch shop accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, you should contact their customer support team and provide your order number and reason for return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
